注：*发生率指100病人年，自Morales等。**严重心血管副作用包括心肌梗死、心绞痛和急性冠脉综合病。率并无区别［5］。 Sildenafil的心血管的副作用是传媒渲染的中心，Morales等报道如表2，证明心血管事件并无增多［5］。
Conti等观察357例缺血性心脏病人使用Sildenafil(5～200 mg)副作用发生和无缺血心脏病组相仿，头痛25%对21%，潮红14%对15%和消化不良12%对10%。
大量的临床试验表明，严重心血管副作用发生率包括心肌梗死，在用Sildenafil治疗和安慰剂治疗病人是相似的。在多种并存慢性病的治疗中，病人肝肾严重损害，或同时使用细胞色素P450同功酶CYP3A4抑制剂，将会增加Sildenafil的全身作用。此外，伴随性活动所致心脏危险程度，临床医师在治疗任何ED病人，均应考虑到病人的心血管状态［7］。
六、结论
大量临床试验证明Sildenafil治疗超过1年，对各种原因ED有良好效果，一般副作用少，心肌梗死发生率与安慰剂相仿，病人对治疗安全性高耐受性好，需中断治疗少于3%。
